Um...how about some cat magnets. Cat butt magnets.... They are pretty darn cute!! But maybe not great with a 1 year old unless you have a whiteboard way up.

But with a toddler, I LOVED this for eating out. Suction cups, rolls up, catches food, washes so easily. I had one and used it all the time!
