You don’t need a kit. Just the tank. I checked amazon.ca and found one for 44 CAD

10 gallon tank

Or a kit for 60 which I’m kinda jealous of. I love rimless.
I’d be jealous

So there are some options. But id go to an LFS and look to see if they sell just the tank portion. Or petco. Petco has Aqueon glass tanks pretty cheap.

Your goal would be to move your filter and stuff to the bigger tank.

Looks to be like it's from the Penn-plax line.

I also wonder if the paint wasn't applied after purchase. I haven't seen a lot of tanks come with a painted backing like that.

5 gal kits are pretty common. Something like this would work:

If it needs to be said, their 7.5 or 10 gallon option would be better, if you can swing it. You'll also want to direct the output of that filter towards a wall to minimize current, at least initially. (It's easy, it swivels).

Edit: Just saw that you want a hidden filter. Those types of tanks tend to cost more, but if that's okay then the fluval spec V tanks are a good option too. You'll likely need a heater for whatever tank you go with, too. Fyi
