I am going to go out on a limb and say it is this Perfecto razor.
I'm a lady and I use an safety razor. It rules and since I shave more of my body than the average man, even though I don't shave every day, it has saved me a ton of money. I actually found the recommendations on some reddit thread a long time ago about how DSC sucked, so thanks Dollar Shave Club!

I have been using the Perfecto DE razor. This is good for beginners although it took me a while to adjust to using a safety razor.

Throw that Weishi away and buy yourself a " Perfecto" that is a great price razor.(better than many razors costing much more).
