For the two on amazon (probably cheaper on some other website, and I'm not including the Persona 2 Innocent Sin as its japanese only for psx) its around 90$ for both, while I've seen Persona 1 and both 2's 5$ each on PSN sales

While I agree that it's uncommon nowadays for a 10 year old game to add in value, first prints are still collector's items (even though Atlus hadn't really helped with this by basically reprint the ones with growing popularity).
I suspect this game is in that category (and Atlus would probably not reprint it, as digital distribution is now a day-1 option), meaning that in 20 years it'd be possible to find it among articles like the original Persona / Persona 2 for the original PSX (and that's coming from someone still hunting down for the first one at a decent price).
