Norelco has just released an electric razor that comes with a handle extender and is designed specifically for removing/trimming back hair and other body hair. I love mine, cost about $50.

Norelco makes an electric razor that comes with a back shaving handle attachment. Amazon link It's a decent razor. My wife and I both use it. Replacement heads are a bit spendy, though.
bodygroom is what I use and it works very nicely
You can use the mangroomer
or the norelco bodygroom plus*
*plus is important because it comes with the back extension. I've used both and they both work well. The norelco gets a much closer cut tho.
