Oral B round brush heads require you to focus individually on each tooth. Sonicare has longer brush heads that cover more teeth. I prefer sonicare, but for patients who have a hard time with oral hygiene I instruct them to purchase an oral b and watch themselves in the mirror focusing on each tooth.
