Oh boy... kids these days...

Go buy you a $10 cassette recorder and some tapes, plug your line out from your computer sound card into the input of the cassette recorder, play the MP3s on your computer, and hit the record button on your cassette recorder. Then, you wait. Welcome to how we did it in 1985.

OR you could just get a tape player AUX adapter from wal-mart and plug your phone into your tape deck.

If you have an iPod, you could always get one of these for fairly cheap. Then you could at least choose what you want to listen to without having to shuffle through cassettes.

yeah, it looks like this system uses some sort of weird ribbon cable to interconnect componenets -- The phono input will not work for your purpose

a work around might be one of those minijack to cassete things that are available
