In your situation, since you already have your cousin willing to give you their old irons, I would put whatever money you're going to spend into getting a new wedge - wood/hybrid - driver. But if you don't like the bag or the feel of the old clubs get the knockoff set. I got these a couple years ago and upgraded the essential's from there. I got a new putter first then hybrid, wedge, driver. Take your cousin's clubs out for a few rounds and see how you like them.
