After many years of searching, Plant Fusion is my fav. Been using it for years now. It's good on its own, but I put it in coconut milk, put in a bit of cinnamon (good for you!), and whisk until frothy. No dairy, not gritty, has high protein and virtually no carbs. Comes in unflavored too.

I love Plant Fusion . It's cheaper on Amazon. There are sample packs available through their main website, though.
It totally depends on the product. The flavored options are the priciest but are usually your best bet for flavor and texture. Something like Plant Fusion goes on sale often and has a pretty decent flavor/texture profile. If you just get a plain pea/rice blend then the flavor and texture are....quite challenging. Out of laziness and frugalness I usually buy a Plantfusion tub on sale and then mix it with an unflavored rice protein to help reduce the sweetness and cost. It's not a perfect solution but it works well enough I think.

I literally just opened my amazon order before reading this. I got these yoga blocks and strap. Price is awesome for 2 blocks and strap. Can't ask for more. And this 12lb double handle medicine ball. I haven't used it yet but I love how it feels. Also price is great compared to other sellers. Gonna get a yoga wheel next.
Protein powder-wise, I've only ever tried this one in chocolate and hated it. I tried it plain with just water and then tried to make a shake with banana, peanut butter, etc and I couldn't finish it for anything. Just disgusting and I'm not a picky eater. hate the texture. This is the only protein powder I've ever tried though so grain of salt and all. Hope you get some good stuff!
MyProtein isn't the best place for non-dairy protein. A good blend will typically contain at least two of the following: pea protein, brown rice protein, or quinoa protein. I use this stuff and I love it. I mix 1-2 scoops of it with very similar ingredients to the shake you described (I use PB, oats, milk, frozen strawberries, banana and flax) and it tastes great.
