I'd reccomend buying a Datel's knockoff version. Its a little more expensive but it's so much more useful. As someone who works on top of two pokestops, the auto collection is a lifesaver

Good point, I see on eBay some come from China. So who knows if those are knock offs. I bought mine from Gamestop today like a sucker. it was $45 which is on the high end, but I live a bit remote and don't want to wait a week or so for shipping. Maybe take a few old console games in for trade to help offset it? That is if you don't mind the horrible trade in prices.
Edit: I think Amazon has them for $37 or so.
