I think These LED Gloves are really cool and a great value at like half your budget. If you also bought 10 feet of Electro-Luminescent wire you'd still be under budget but ready for any party that might come up...

These are by far my favorite. Everytime I go to cape cod I drool over all of them. They grow perfectly there and in such vibrant and beautiful colors!
