>A Best Buy rep said I HAD to buy a new PS4 Camera for the PSVR to work properly, not the "old" version?

Both versions work with PSVR.

>One Target rep even said a PS3 Eye would work lol.

That rep is wrong.

>Also, these Motion Controllers?

The PS3 and "PS4" versions are the exact same. There's nothing different between them.

>What exactly do I need to get these working?

You need a mini usb cord. Since they're from the PS3, that's what they use.

>anything else I should buy(accessories)

Personally, I like this charge stand, keep everything charged for use.

This helps me a lot, even with non-VR. Becasue I have two controllers, when one is low I just exchange it with the other.

I found a display stand at EB Games that holds my headset and also charges a DS4 + 2 Moves. It sounds like exactly what you are looking for.

Edit: Added link for you, found it on amazon

It's at a reasonable price at $30 atm, but it was for 24 dollars and had a 20% off coupon back in late Jan when I got it.

This thing, or an equivalent...

The Collective Minds one is Ok but it charges the DS4 controllers through their frontal micro usb port which is a weak point. This PowerA stand charges via the stronger rear port (it charges the moves in the same way as the Collective Minds one). It has one less DS4 but is officially licensed by Sony and is more compact as well. No place for the Aim though if that is a consideration. I own it so I may be a bit biased.

Apparently this uses contact points as well, look at the product questions..

Little cheaper at $29 :)

I ordered this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LB4KGOS It was on sale this weekend for $29.99

Someone's already recommended the Collective Minds charging station and I looked at that when I got my PSVR but a lot of people said it could become a problem because it uses the micro USB port to charge, which could get damaged over time. This one, the "Charge And Display Station" is a Sony licensed third party product and uses the power connector at the bottom of the DS4 instead so it's supposed to be more durable. Because it plugs into the wall you'll still have a free USB if you want to charge two DS4s at the same time.

you should get yourself one of these...

this should eliminate a few more cables, plus a nice stand for the vr and charger for the move and Dual shock 4 controllers

u/Ps4_and_Ipad_Lover · 1 pointr/PSVR

I have heard ppl doing that but if it's cause you are running out of room on the PS4 slots I'd invest in this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LB4KGOS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_M18iybA75X4F3

u/PugawanLearner · 1 pointr/PSVR

It's not cheap but this did wonders for my cable management. https://www.amazon.com/POWER-Charge-Display-Station-PlayStation-VR/dp/B01LB4KGOS

This is now how clean my setup is. http://imgur.com/bjUm7Yo

(Note that the DS4 charges right in front of the Move controllers too just forgot to charge in for the picture.)

who use's DC anymore ?

almost everything now days is AC Switching 100-240V (Step-Down Transformers are needed for OLD Gaming stuff .. i remember buying a USA Playstation 1 and had to use a Step-Down transformer for AUST ... but geez, that was over 20 YEARS ago. FYI Things have changed)

eg. This [Stand] (https://www.amazon.com/POWER-Charge-Display-Station-PlayStation-VR/dp/B01LB4KGOS) will work in America and Australia ... AC Adaptor: 100-240V - 50/60Hz 0.5A Max Output 5.0V - 2.5A

the only thing that is different between US and AU is the POWER PLUG, which you'll need to buy a $2 Plug Adapter.

I invested in a vr stand and recharge station. I highly recommend the ps branded one. It’s saved the unit from a lot of wear and tear and ensures the controllers are always charged.

I have this one

I bought https://www.amazon.com/POWER-Charge-Display-Station-PlayStation-VR/dp/B01LB4KGOS for my HMD and moves, but I would like a stand for my aim controller.

u/RisenHentaiDemon · 1 pointr/PSVR

I bought this from goodwill last year I've been storing my headset on it I think it will work then I'm getting this

u/JiminyWillikerz · 1 pointr/PSVR

This thing looks pretty neat. But it's... $50.

I dont have an all in one, but I can highly recommend the following two products.

https://www.amazon.com/Vertical-Controller-Charging-Playstation-DualShock-4/dp/B01NBNF6EH/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1510731515&sr=8-17&keywords=ps4+pro+cooling+stand

https://www.amazon.com/Charge-Display-Station-PlayStation-VR-4/dp/B01LB4KGOS/ref=sr_1_5?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1510728176&sr=1-5&keywords=psvr+charging+stand&dpID=41X3iT-BaWL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch

Despite what some say, this cooling fan makes all the difference.
I have my ps4 inside an entertainment system where it gets little airflow.
this guy is a lifesaver. I have read reviews that said the airflow blows in the wrong direction...this is not true...not on mine anyway. The only issue I have with this stand is that the controllers are charged upside down, meaning you have to be somewhat careful placing them in the cradle perfectly straight, otherwise the male plug would eventually tear up the female plug. Definitely not for use with careless people, or children, but for me its great. Looks much more elegant then all the other options. The fans work excellent, but are quieter then the disk drive.

The move controller charging stand is kept in another room, without the VR stand attached and it looks great this way, but can easily be tucked away somewhere. This charger works absolutely flawless. I know its a steep price, but totally worth it.

I own the Power-A Charge and Display stand and bought the new headset/Skyrim bundle which includes the new Moves last week. It's this one:

https://www.amazon.com/Charge-Display-Station-PlayStation-VR-4/dp/B01LB4KGOS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1511747239&sr=8-1&keywords=psvr+power-a

For me, the new Moves charged just fine with the Power-A as the stand uses the contacts and not the USB port. I know they charged because when I first paired them with my PS4 it told me they had low charge and after sitting on the stand for a few hours they showed as fully charged on the PS menu.

I have one of these... works great, price seems pretty reasonable
