Always under 4 oz's for 1 mini, sometimes under 4oz for 2 minis, always under 8 for 3, gets crowed after 4 depending on bubble wrap.

25pk 4x4x4 Cardboard Boxes work perfectly for most. otherwise 4x4x6 for larger or more stuff. and I use one or two squares of bubble wrap.
this is assuming you're shipping w/ box. otherwise you'll need more padding or ship it in a bubble mailer in halves, bearing and axle taken out and placed in a little plastic bag. but I don't recommend doing that generally. some people will not like receiving yoyos that way.
