JP recommends 620 but I think they moved onto thermal fitting their barrels. 620 is good up to 500 degrees, so you should be ok unless you magdump a D60 or something.
If you've got a 0.001 gap on both sides, then you can wrap a shim and thermal fit it like in the video. I think thats the best move, but I suck at shooting so my advice should be taken with a grain of salt.
