I use the Quadratus Lumborum (lying version) stretch detailed on page 79 of this book:

I can't describe the stretch with words because you really need an image to get it. I suggest you get this book. I feel the book is worth the money because it's nice to be able to quickly learn a professionally prescribed stretch if some part of you needs it.
