I tried many different kinds of harnesses for my pom and this vest style one has worked the best. It doesn't push on his neck even when he is pulling and it is super easy to get on and off even with all his fluff getting in the way! Mine is about six pounds and he just fits into the medium size. I think it runs a little big because he usually wears smalls in the Puppia brand.
