Vitamin D3 - 4x1000iu tablets
Vitamin B12 - 1x 1000mcg tablet
1 Tablet of Fenugreek of the above mentioned product
1 x Probiotic
1 x Gamma E Mixed Tocopherols & Tocotrienols
1 x Folate (L-Methylfolate - a Natural form of Folic Acid) 1000mcg
1x Zinc Tablet

I also take the following in powder form all together in water each day
1x L-lysine 1g scoop
1x spoonful of spirulina
2x spoonful of wheatgrass powder
2x caps of Apple Cider Vinegar
