It's on Showtime's own streaming service, which is also available via the Hulu
service. It previously was on Netflix, but I assume Showtime took back the digital rights to be able to stream it on their own service. Here in Australia, it's available on the Stan streaming service.
And you can buy the DVDs if you want.
