Razer has always been good with providing left hand options:

Basic 2 thumb button DeathAdder $54: http://www.amazon.com/Razer-DeathAdder-3500-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B003EUPCZG

More complicated 12 thumb button Naga $74: http://www.amazon.com/Razer-Naga-Handed-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B00EO2ECUY

I can't provide any personal experiences with them though.

The mouse is this guy and the keyboard is this one. I was really sad that Razer didn't make lefty mice with the larger array of side buttons (or didn't seem to at the time; I wanted a Naga and maybe didn't look hard enough), but it does the job.

They don't make the OW mouse for left handed so here's another good Razer for left handed folk

Mouse companies make left handed (as well as ambidextrous) mice

I have a Left Handed Razer Deathadder. It's a tad pricey but has served me for a good few years now and is quite comfortable so I'm pretty happy with it.

u/Kalranya · 2 pointsr/Overwatch

Razer does not currently make a dedicated lefty Deathadder, but you can still find the older one for sale, assuming you don't mind a weaker sensor and cheaper materials.

They do make a couple of amibextrous gaming mice: the Abyssus and Orochi are both usable in either hand, and the Lancehead appears to be as well.

Or you could just... suck it up and learn to play right-handed like most of us.

Yes and no typically mice labelled as "Ergonomic" tend to be molded for either the right hand or left. As opposed to Ambidextrous mice which can be used for either hand.
Take for example this mouse imagine trying to use that with your right hand. Notice how its molded for only one hand to use it.

That sucks :(

I bought mine off Amazon, if that's an option for you. Though all the listings seem to indicate "Currently Unavailable" for new product (there are some used ones), so maybe they stopped making them which would be a shame.

There do seem to have a DeathAdder listed, its not a fancy as the Naga, but might work for you.

You are paying for the brand a bit with Razer, but that tends to be the case when you go for any "popular" gaming peripherals, I personal like them, but you have to decide whether the additional cost is worth it for you.

Try a [single handed keyboard](DEEBOL 46-Key Wired Professional Singlehanded backlit Gaming Keyboard Mini Gaming Keypad Ergonomic Gamepad With 3-Color LED Backlight https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0198CRU1C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_mRfIybGK61Q5F) and a [left handed mouse.](Razer DeathAdder Essentials Ergonomic PC Gaming Mouse - Left Hand Edition - Comfortable Grip https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003EUPCZG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_hSfIyb0QZAK41)

Here are a few more single handed keyboards, I just posted the one I got for my friend who's a southpaw.
[1byone](1byone Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, Professional Single-Handed Keypad with 29 Programmable Keys and Full RGB Backlit LED Control for Windows PC, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GE5Y41A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_vVfIybCBE8FN5)

I also recommend designing your own keyboard layout if you don't feel like buying a keypad. Perhaps using [PL;'] I have seen people do this, but being right handed I cannot speak from personal experience. I do know that basically every PC game has bindable keys, however a whole layout of them become a bit much.

Edit: spelling

Razer makes a left handed 2 button https://www.amazon.com/Razer-DeathAdder-Essentials-Ergonomic-Gaming/dp/B003EUPCZG and left handed MMO mouse. https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Naga-Handed-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B00EO2ECUY I've used both and would seggest them both.

I noticed it's a "death adder essential" how is that different from regular ones?

u/Deckard_Didnt_Die · 1 pointr/battlestations

I have been using the Razor DeathAdder for like 8-9 years now and I absolutely love it. My first one lasted like 7 years before it finally started breaking. Here is a link to the left handed edition on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Razer-DeathAdder-Essential-Left-Handed-Adjustible/dp/B003EUPCZG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1525830020&sr=8-3&keywords=razer+deathadder+left+handed

There aren't a whole lot but Razer is like the only company that makes left handed gaming mice but here is one that Im planning on getting: http://www.amazon.com/Razer-DeathAdder-3500-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B003EUPCZG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1450930406&sr=8-1&keywords=left+handed+gaming+mice

u/EpicTShirt · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

you shouldn't say that you feel comfortable playing on 800 DPI, most of us play on that or lower (e.g. i use 400)

anyways, its sadly razer but its the only one which is actually good for gaming somehow

u/KissMyMass · 1 pointr/MouseReview

On Amazon there is a left handed Deathadder 3500.

I'm a leftie too and also play with the mouse in my left hand.
At the moment I use a Razer Taipan:
http://www.amazon.de/Razer-RZ01-00780100-R3U1-Taipan-Gaming-Maus/dp/B008EKBJLM

Before I used the Razer DeathAdder LeftHand Edition:
http://www.amazon.de/Razer-DeathAdder-Left-Hand-Maus-3500dpi/dp/B003EUPCZG/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1409646740&sr=1-1&keywords=Left+hand+edition

both of them are really good.

Key-Binding-Wise I use

1 - Skill 1 - Index finger

2 - Skill 2 - Index finger / Middle finger

3 - Skill 3 - Middle finger / Ring finger

4 - Skill 4 - Ring finger

STRG - Skill 5 - Thumb

6 - Skill 6 - Little finger (maybe strange but I find it easier to reach 6 than 5)

Q - Skill 7 - Index finger

E - Skill 8 - Ring finger

C - Skill 9 - Little finger / Ring finger

X - Skill 10 (Elite) - Middle Finger / Ring finger

V - Dodge - Little finger

Space - Jump - Little finger

F1 - Class-specific skill - Index finger

(As you might see some of them vary between fingers, that's because it sometimes depends on which movement keys are beeing used right now)

There would also be the possibility to use G, T or H with you're little finger to access some Skills you otherwise find difficult to reach.

I use the Ryos MK Pro Keyboard which provides additional keys on the left side which also could be used (even if I don't) and of course the functional keys on the mouse.

Keyboards with special function keys on the left side are also available for much less $$$ btw. for example:
