Not that I've heard of but I know there are some members on the Nico Club forums that are Canadian.
Racingline Performance makes a kit to at footwell lights in the front and rear. As for the color-ed LED's on the inside you just need to look up the size of the bulb and order them.

I have that one and I love it. Made the stick a little lower and the knob is nice and heavy.
Other than that there's not a whole lot you can do cosmetically. Everything else is going to be performance.
Very jealous of your tint. Can't have that where I am ='(
