Found this from a quick search on Amazon. There were a few other options if that one isn't what you're looking for.
Pelican cases are awesome!
Another option I'd recommend for folks who aren't necessarily taking it on airplanes, check this one out. I've really enjoyed it.

I have this case from RDS for my PS4

And I have the hardshell case they made for my PS4.
I will tell you that the PS4 when loaded up with cables and 2 dual shock 4 controllers and a couple of games is heavy. I don't think I would want that type of weight anywhere around my VR headset or in close proximity. I can't imagine a type of dual case solution that provides enough of a buffer to sufficient protect the headset from a mild impact from an external source when you're adding all the additional weight and pointy edges of the PS4 system.
I have no problem carrying two cases and actually prefer it. If I'm going to a friends place that has a PS4 I only need to bring the PSVR. Not my whole system. So I just bring my headset in its case, if I need the whole setup, I bring both bags.

It's up to $56 now. When I purchased, it was $44. Very nice bag, though. Fits PS4, 2 physical games, 2 DS4's, camera and all cables.
I just flew with the PS4 in an old 15" laptop bag. Fit perfectly. I put it in my checked luggage surrounded by clothes. There is a this (http://www.amazon.com/Industries-Game-System-PlayStation-Accessories-4/dp/B00FKOH4M8) but its $60 and online. It seems like the "safest" traveling case besides the $80 Insignia backpack (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-gamer-pack-for-playstation-4/6643165.p?id=1219234627979&skuId=6643165)
A bit pricey but it looks like it gets the job done.

I use this bag for traveling with my PS4. It's perfect for holding everything you need.

The only thing that keeps the bag from being absolute perfection is it doesn't have hard rubberized corners
