I once had a burglar come in to the house when I was asleep, he knocked something off the shelf and woke me up so I picked up a Reader's Digest Wide World Atlas and set aboot him

Called the police and ambulance because he was unconcious, whilst they were on their way I took his wallet, watch and phone, they arrived within 20 minutes.

The police's only comment was that I should have just called them and not taken matters into my own hands
