I got the Remington HC4250 and i am pretty darn happy with it. Just dont forget to oil it once a year or so (oil is included).
Just buzz it dude. It's not a big deal no one will see you differently after a week or so. I use this remington clipper and it makes it easy. Trying to go full razor is a nightmare and not worth the pain and trouble.
There are special clippers that curve to the head so you can buzz it down close by yourself. Not as close as a razor shave but gets the job done.

Packs small (about the size of my fist). Wireless. Very wide clippers so it makes it quick. Only bad things is that it's expensive compared to other clippers, and I wish it was a closer cut.

Bald is beautiful, accept it! And it’s a lot cheaper to buzz it yourself once a week!

I love these cordless clippers. I just give myself a trim in the shower once a week before turning on the water. The resulting clippings are short enough that they just go down the drain.
Before or after, I clean up the neck line with a mirror and my shaving razor.
I’ve tried many different ones over the years, some have been slightly better than others but one never really stood out. I bought this one about two months ago and this one definitely stands out. I feel like I get a good even cut every time and it’s lightweight and easy to use.

As a dude who has shaved his head since he was 18, this is easily my favorite shaver for the top of my head. I shave 4-5 times a week and use it religiously. It's curved and wide so it makes shaving my head so much quicker/less of a pain.

I think there's a $10 buzz deal at Fantastic Sam's. But I second buying your own clippers. You can get a decent Wahl clipper set for less than $40. There's also curved clippers that are designed for the DIY haircut enthusiast.

I use this and I love it. No cord, wet or dry, really nice blades on it. It's quiet and powerful and shaves smooth. Cuts hair like butter. A little pricey but these last for decades so it's a good longterm investment.

Use the bigger one on areas like your legs and arms, the smaller around your groin and touching up. Use the guards, 3 for both. And you will be just fine.

You can always get something like this and just cut your own hair. Probably harder than just shaving it, but you end up with the benefits of doing it at home without having to have a shaved head.
That’s a fine look. Shave it down to a 1 and if I want to go closer go no guard. I use this.
