I use this $24 scale that automatically connects to my phone via bluetooth when I step on it and automatically inputs my weight and a number of "body composition" measurements. If you're not in the app when you do it, it will store the data and sync it the next time you step on it with the app open. I've had it over a year, replaced the batteries once and never had a problem with it. I actually can't believe it does all that for the price.

What I find interesting is that there are numerous brands that seem almost identical on Amazon. The apps are even the same.

I personally can't stand the graph in the app, so I sync the app with a fitbit account even though I don't have a fitbit. The Fitbit account in turn can sync with trendweight.com. So automatic data entry at TrendWeight without having to spend $130 on a scale.
And I would recommend not paying attention to any of the additional data that is provided by the scale. Weight is consistent and accurate, but even the formula used for BMI seems slightly off, not to mention that there's zero chance that any of the many other data points are accurate and it would be unrealistic to expect them to be.

It has an app for tracking progress etc. There are other brands that integrate with fitness tracking apps like myfitnesspal. I spent $25 on a Renpho smart scale and haven’t once questioned it. The scale and app feeds a boatload of data right into Apple Health which can then be shared with other fitness apps without having to think about it.
