I found that I had this problem until I bought neck and cheek pads here . I make sure my straps are loose enough to slip two fingers underneath them so they don’t leave marks even with the cheek and neck pads on. It’s made a world of difference. Idk why I went a year without them.

I had the same problem with the ResMed full face masks. I ended up cutting a sweatband to fit around the ResMed's straps:
