Exactly however on the Best In The World DVD comp that ROH put out years later there is post produced commentary available for this match but I've always watched it without the commentary.

If you can find the ROH compilation DVDs that were released to major retailers (Best Buy, etc.) a couple of years ago, they are well worth picking up and will give you a great introduction to ROH up until that time period.
