Uh, it's not that easy to post as the baking process takes several days and is very intuitive - I don't follow a clear cut recipe. I'll come back and post something in a couple of days when I have better time. Until then check out e.g. Naomi Devlin's recipes. I can recommend her book River Cottage Gluten Free with lots of baking recipes and a sourdough recipe. In e.g. these blog posts she outlines the baking process.
