Roccat Kone XTD
Good if you have larger than average hands

>Get a MECHANICAL keyboard.

This. I have the corsair k70 myself (cherry mx red).

Edit: For a mouse, I have the ROCCAT Kone XTD.

It is this version. http://www.amazon.com/ROCCAT-Customization-Gaming-Mouse-Black/dp/B009DYOPK0

What did you want to trade for?? My mouse and card for the rival and headphones?

I've used both these for playing League and some other MMOs and I've found them perfect, especially the first one.
People recommend this one tooBut I've never used it so I can't say anything.

I've had good experiences with the Roccat Kone XTD and the Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum. I've also heard people rave about the Razer Death Adder, but I have no personal experience with that one.

I don't know if they're the best, but I had a Roccat Iksu keyboard which was practically silent unless you properly bashed it, comes with five programmable macros on the left and three on the palm rest under the space bar.

I'm currently using the Roccat Kone mouse which I love as it has a comfortable design, a slick matte finish which doesn't get all clammy when your hands get warm, a scroll wheel which can also scroll sideways as well as a DPI adjuster which you can use on the fly (goes up to 8200 DPI) two additional side buttons for forward and backwards on browsers and a Windows button at the top.

If you go for these and like your pretty lights, you can go for the XTD variants.

For just a general good keyboard, I've just got a Razer Blackwidow Chroma which I can play Snake on. So that's nice. It's just loud as it's mechanical but I believe there is a silent version as well.

This is the mouse I use if you have big hands and are a palm gripper. You cant get a better feeling mouse. I have had to try 10 difference mice before I found this one. Its optical as well! > Are the 256GB of SSD very important or can I go with the 1,4k$ model?

SSD is nice my pc restarts in a matter of seconds. it is not essential though. also that other model for 1400 only has a 1060 card. it's worth the extra cash for 1070 and ssd IMO.

> How does the trackpad feel?

it's fine for work but for gaming you are going to want to use an external mouse

> How many travel distance have the keys on the keyboard?

not sure about a technical answer but it's chiclet style keys, no complaints but i use an mechanical external to game on

> How many RAM does the GPU has?

i believe all mobile 1070's are 8gb, this one is for sure.

> How many hours of battery does it have?

major complaint on this, it's like an hour of gaming, 2-3 hours of work

> What mouse do you recommend me to buy alongside with this laptop?

that's gonna depend on who you ask i own these a roccat and a steel series, i prefer the roccat | roccat mouse | steel series mouse

> Does the fans produce a lot of noise?

only during gaming, its not enough to interfere with sound coming through the built in speakers and if i have a headset on i don't hear anything

> Which is the average temperature of the 1070 model?

running overwatch on ultra through at 1080 puts up to 79 celcius, during work stuff it stays between 40-50

> Which material is it made of?

plastic

to reiterate you can do better for more money, but i think the minor compromises are worth it for the price tag. and if you're not in a rush this will certainly drop in price over the next few months as competition catches up. also i tried overwatch on my tv at 4k and it was kinda sick, but my kb/m aren't wireless so i sucked at the game lol

Not saying Razer is bad, they just need to focus on making their products last longer.

If you are looking for other mice:

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ARD5410/?tag=pcpapi-20
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AAS888S/?tag=pcpapi-20
These are some of the best.

Well technically piracy is not illegal in general because you can not be fined for downloading something made public on the internet, only uploading it. Your ISP will however try and limit your piracy habits as it makes them look bad. Now Apple specifically states that your copy of OSX should not be used on a non-apple device in its terms and conditions. But nobody ever listens to those anyways so it will probably not affect you in any way whatsoever.

As for Mac OSX as an OS, its alright. I have a Mac pro 2011 and a HP Z803 and I use both for editing video in Premiere and After Effects. Honestly in terms of editing alone I have come to I prefer Windows over Mac just for the more logical filing structure. Mac does have the advantage of the Apple ProRes Codecs and Final Cut, but I have almost no need for either. Windows is just so much more open to 3rd party editing tools or even major ones like Octane Render which is incompatible with all Macs because they are using AMD Firepro GPUs.
Also windows absolutely smokes Mac at gaming. In conclusion, I see the appeal of Mac, but it does not serve me any benefit and honestly feels quite restricting.

Well... ive used lots of mice. The first gen LG Darkfield Anywhere MX is the best iv ever used but no longer for sale. The next best has been the Roccat Kone XTD

Highly reccomended. Never had any problems, excellent response (none of that hangup and skip razers have at times), plenty of buttons without being overwhelming, glorious scroll wheel, matte finish (no sweat!), adaptable weight and on the fly dpi, and solid build quality.

Edit: also no software required, but the roccat config software works well.

Not sure if you were after a reccomendation, but there ya go.

u/HeyJoshuah · 1 pointr/tall

I used this mouse at work for months and it was amazing, highly recommend it.

I use this mouse for home, also really nice. Both are large mice which are extremely comfortable to use.

This is the mouse the I use and I would highly recommend it:

http://www.amazon.com/ROCCAT-Customization-Gaming-Mouse-ROC-11-810/dp/B009DYOPK0

I think this is on the very limit of your budget, if not barely over though.

As for headsets, I use these:

http://www.amazon.com/Razer-Kraken-Over-Music-Headset/dp/B009SJR278

I have been happy with these, they aren't the top of the line, but they get the job done for me.

Just give them the money and they'll send it to you for me. Your Welcome.

Ok,i currently use the Roccat Kone XTD got it 2 years ago and its still AMAZING ! If this mouse every breaks i will get a Zowie FK1 (currently out of stock for amazon but you can get it somewhere else). The Zowie FK1 somewhat forces you to have it a "clawgrip" which makes your aim more accurate. And when i used it at my friends house i sometimes forgot that im using it. :) (same goes for the Kone XTD) I have Semi Big hands :) EDIT: i heard the Corsair Vengance mouse is REALLY REALLY good too. Its optimized for FPS games. EDIT2: And you should probably take a look at this mouse :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F02WUpZBRck
