Roller Coasters, Flumes, And Flying Saucers is the history of Arrow. It's a great read!

Roller Coasters, Flumes and Flying Saucers is out of print but available on the kindle. It has the story of Arrow Development who did the ride systems for a bunch of disneyland rides.

Building A Better Mouse Tells the story of the construction of Epcot written by the electrical engineer for the American Adventure. It doesn't go into huge technical detail but it's also cool to read about the WDW resort before Eisner developed the it.

If you can find back issues of "The E ticket" magazine they're pretty good. Each issue focused on one attraction with tons of construction and backstage photos. It's no longer in print but there were also CDs made with multiple issues in PDF format

I just went looking for a defunct magazine that had the best description of disney anamatronics I've ever seen and couldn't find it on amazon or ebay so you'll have to make due with a free copy of the article. It's about the figures made for the 1964 world's fair.

There are other podcasts and interviews with imagineers I've seen online but I don't know how you wrap a website for father's day.
