I used one similar to this and another one like this. Depended on my mood and outfit for the day. The paddle holster is easier to remove and put in a desk drawer if you're going to be in the office all day, or going code brown. Also wore something similar to this for my cuffs and spare mag. I use this Safariland 6378 for my G19 and I highly recommend it.
Comfortable with the paddle (but also comes with a belt loop backing if you prefer that), and includes Safariland's locking system which locks the gun into the holster by the ejection port. I also like that the interior of the holster is lined with this suede material which helps protect the gun and also acts as additional retention but you can also adjust the fitment of the gun by adjusting a pivot screw.
