Probably not. I got a super-fast one, and I didn't notice any difference in game load speeds.
I did, however, notice faster transfer times on the computer.
I think Transcend is just the brand, so it's just a regular SD card. The difference would be the class aka write/read speed.
I have this one and it's been working fine. I know I was having trouble and the card getting hot when I used something with a lower write speed. I think for pics (probably not burst), that card would be fine.

Memory card question. Are these extreme pro cards really worth the price over these extreme cards? I'm not sure whether the extra $40 apiece is really worth it or not, especially if I were to use either of them in a body with dual sd slots.
