As someone who hasn't worked for anyone but my customers for more than twenty years the old adage is the watchword: happy customer tells one, unhappy tells ten. And that's why a business owner absorbs crap.

Why is it that no matter who is talking, theirs is always the majority opinion? Sorry but i on't think that's true, at all. Yes there are some issues, yes some people are digruntled, yes the mm can always be better. But is it BAD? No, i don't think so. Just because there is one post like this in here every single day, only means that among thousands of games played, there is also one bad game among those. Happy people don't tell as many people about it, as unhappy people do, that's just human psychology.
