Yeah, its First Class im just trying to figure the difference between envelope and package. My price is 2.62 currently, if I go envelope its like 1.87. (Both under First Class) I would love to get 70 or so cents more if I were able so was trying to figure how it works. Ive read a ton of sites and usps site and am still confused!
I have bubble mailer envelopes but they seem too rigid and too thick to count as an envelope =/
