Bitters is where it’s at! You can get so many different flavors and all bars have them.

It is gin-ish, but non alcoholic. I Do tonic water*+ bitters+ and this makes for a pretty great (mock) cocktail. I’ve made it with ginger beer and bitters and this spirit, but it is soooooo herbal it is an acquired taste.

sone people have very strong feelings on tonic water in pregnancy, but I’ve done my homework and personally feel 100% comfortable drinking my 5oz of tonic water a few times a week. To each their own!
