here is the amazon link to the Seiko SKX175. it has the "Pepsi" blue/red bezel and a dark blue dial, and it's water resistant enough to go swimming and stuff in. I think it would be versatile enough to wear in business casual and in everyday life

Personally if I was to go for the blue dial theme I would go with the classic Seiko pepsi bezel. This or this.
But if I had to choose from your list I would go with the 2nd watch.
