You can find it here, it also comes in a white dial

For a more classic dressy look my personal favorite Seiko chronograph is the [SNDC33] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004JY6X90/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_X0yCyb1X247D7)

Seiko is probably your best option.

Here's another Seiko worth looking at

Timex also make great value for quality watches. The one I've linked seems to fit your criteria the most, not too sporty, not to elegant, definitely age appropriate for a high schooler

Found this yesterday, the Seiko SNDC89P2 reminded me of the PRC 200 but with a better price range.

Thanks, definitely on the bigger side then. Too bad, it would look silly on me :/

Guess I'm gonna resume drooling over this Seiko Chrono SNDC89P2, I love this thing but it's a bit pricey.

I just bought a Seiko SNDC89P2, love the watch but the strap kinda sucks. Any recommendations for a nice leather strap (preferably sold on Amazon)? I'm considering this but it ships from the UK, so I'd rather find something that doesn't take a week to arrive.

Yep, I got it from Amazon UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Mens-Watches/Seiko-SNDC89P2-Mens-Chronograph-watch/B005HIREJK

Not much mention of it anywhere else though. Even WatchUSeek is a bit sparse.

I'm looking to buy a watch that I can use everyday -formal,casual setting with minimal maintenance. I haven't used a watch in years so there may be times when I won't use a watch. Based on the buying guide, I feel a Quartz watch may be better suited for me than an Automatic. I can't really finalize a watch from the list. Your advice/recommendations will help!

I'm thinking of purchasing a watch, my price range is anything up to around £150. I've found a couple of Seiko's I like on amazon:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004JY0KP8
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005HIREJK/

Are there any similar styles out there? Anyone heard good things about the one's I listed?

Does anyone own a Seiko SNDC89P1? I want to buy one from a local watch shop.

It's this model, I think (it's says P2 here for some reason).

This is my first watch purchase that I'm considering and this watch looks pretty good, but I can't find alot of reviews on it.

I have a Seiko SNDC89 and it looks great on the black leather strap/metal bracelet it comes with (depending on model), but also on a NATO strap. It’s also a 12h chronograph. Minor cool detail: the 1/20s dial spins around while running for the first 10min.

This one looks pretty good. You are missing my point also. I look at time pieces as great stylistic pieces and amazing pieces of machinery with intricate movements. If you wanna buy a cheap quartz that will break in a year go ahead and have the horologists laugh at you. Seiko is a great cheap yet world renowned brand that is respected by horologists. Don't buy a shitty MVMT watch spend that much more.
