Really good points that change your perspective on getting things done.
Great ideas, no execution is a problem I used to face too.
And yes, I thought it was because of
laziness too. Then I read this book, and things changed for good.
Now stuff gets done, and I actually make the money I thought I could.
Seriously though, 13 hours a day is no overload!
Try the book "Self Discipline in 10 days". https://www.amazon.com/Self-Discipline-10-days-Thinking-Doing/dp/1880115107
It does give you the tools to handle things like fear of failure, fear of success, and so on.
I'm only mentioning this book because you mentioned fear of failure directly. This book helped me in that regard.

It's good to read this one, give a chance and do it what it says precisely:

It's $25.
I didn't read your post like you said, so here's some generic advice: trip on psychedelic drugs. Travel; go to another country to teach English. Read one of these books:

Nice comparison. Personally I like to join this way of thinking with an idea of having 2 "subpersonalities" (sic, pardon if I'm just inventing words). One is pretty lazy and wants you to act like a child - play, do nothing. The second one wants you to do your job, get things done and act towards success. I'm not an author of this concept, you can read about it in this book: http://www.amazon.com/Self-Discipline-10-days-Thinking-Doing/dp/1880115107
