Take before bedtime
I started taking two senna every evening before bed and it really helps with the pooping razorblades feeling and seeing blood on the toilet paper! Since I started it it has really made things to much smoother!

It's cheap and 1k pills will last awhile. I never have problems now as long as I pop a few of those on days I use.
