If you feel like spending $5 on research, this is the book my wife and I work from for our home services on Shabbat. Once we move to a more Jewish area we'll start attending shul more regularly, but right now we make this work. It's Reform and for young families. You don't really need to do anything to make it Reconstructionist.
edit- oh, and it was published in MN so technically it's midwestern too, lol.
