I know Bass Pro has one that's pretty cheap. It's like 20 bucks. Doesn't come with a reel but that's probably why it's so cheap. Also Shakespeare has one at a low price point too with a reel. If you get it in a store it comes with a case because i saw it at Bass Pro.
