I think shea moisture at walmart and gnc has a bar designed for skin like that. You could try drinking more water and eating more healthy fats. Just an idea. Hope it gets better.

After every shower I've been using Argan oil and this shea body butter The Argan oil has been great on my face too... it's actually helped balance out my skin tone - I was getting super dry, rashy cheeks and then greasy acne on my chin and nose, ugh. Anyway both that and the body butter have been awesome so far!
