I use the fragrance free Shea Moisture Baby line. I have super sensitive skin (Cerave makes me break out something terrible) and it seems already like my son does as well. It seems to work pretty well and keep him moisturized for days after a bath. If he gets really dry I use Trader Joes coconut oil...use this on his cradle cap too. Then he smells like warm cookies :)
