Just wanted to mention, if you're into buying physical, it's $21.29 at [Amazon](Shiren The Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate - PlayStation Vita https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BM6TESY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_-KuwzbV5NNS06) right now.

There are a lot of different ways to protect your items. When you lose stuff, it's typically because you did something stupid. It can be incredibly demoralizing to lose a weapon that you've spent a ton of time working on, but there are various "snowballing" facets of the game that will make acquiring better items easier as you go along (i.e. money).

I haven't played Grand Kingdom, but Shiren is a seriously good game. Would highly recommend, esp. at $20: https://www.amazon.com/Shiren-Wanderer-Tower-Fortune-Dice-PlayStation/dp/B01BM6TESY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1483489494&sr=8-1&keywords=shiren

The LE is cheaper on Amazon for me considering Aksys shipping would cost me $15. It looks like the Amazon LE had a price drop early in July. The standard edition is also cheaper on Amazon right now.

Yep, it's up for debate whether they are roguelikes or roguelites, but they're definitely in the same circle either way. And speaking of which, there's a new Shiren game coming out in English later this year (albeit for the mostly-defunct Vita)...

Edit: I didn't realize this thread was almost a month old, so sorry about that, but my input still stands... :P
