Ah, looks white under the dark lighting. If that is the case, you are going to need to raise the stain and then remove it. To lift you can use a lot of things, I use a stain lifting foam, some people use WD-40. Then to actually penetrate the stain, the shout set in stain scrubber would work as recommenced by /u/heavierthanair. I just use a basic concentrated stain remover. Let me know if you try anything.
