This is the game you want. Its $12.50 for a gold edition steam key on amazon right now. I'm on my smartphone, but hopefully this link will work.
They're also selling the gold edition for about $16, which funny enough is a dollar over what they're selling the base game for.
Gold edition
G&K is included in gold. It contains all the DLC and expansions to date.

It looks like xnoseatbelt answered your question, so I would like to point out that Gold Edition is currently on sale at Amazon for 75% off.
Civ V Gold will be on sale on amazon between 5/28 and 5/31, for $12.49. It has been that price once before back in early march, but never lower.
If you do end up getting Civ 5 and want it now, it's on sale at Amazon with all of the expansions, which I would highly recommend.
But, there is a new expansion for it coming in early July so I would say there's a good chance of it getting a pretty big discount in the Steam Summer sale. Just some food for thought.

Gold edition is on sale. It will give you a code that you put into steam, and you get the base game and all dlc, including g&k. I highly recommend g&k since the religion mechanic and new civs make the game far more interesting. This is probably the best sale you'll find on it. If you already have the base game, the code will just add all dlc and g&k, which is still worth it IMO.

This is what I have, this is the gold edition. Thank you.
Really, most of my gaming recently has been on the PC, because I made the mistake of picking up Civ 5: Gold Edition during the Steam sale last month.
I say 'made a mistake' because every time I have a bit of time I'm not doing something else, I'm sucked into my laptop playing Civ. I get ANGRY when I don't get my achievements unlocked. I multitask because it's a turn-based game, so I can do my turn, walk away and switch over laundry or do dishes, and come back.
I know I'm supposed to be convincing you to buy this game, but if you value your sanity and free time: don't. You will be sucked in. You, as Napoleon, Washington, Dido, Theodora, Ghandi, whomever... will play game after game in an attempt to take over the world by military conquest, cultural victory, or badass science.
Just one more turn.
Just one more turn...
...one more...
If you wanted to drag me away from Civ 5, Dishonored for the 360 would rock. I've been meaning to play it, I hear good things.
