Sure, shouldn't be an issue. Inside the show is totally safe if you do the normal parental due diligence...BUT if you don't protect your kids ears I'm going to be pissed

I'm with you. I just took my recently adopted four year old daughter to see Dave Matthews Band at The Gorge Amphitheater, and she did great. She wore kid-sized hearing protection that is designed specifically for events like concerts, they totally exist, and we sat in a relatively calm area of the lawn where there were other families.
We brought her along because she's not yet attached to us well enough to be left at Grandma's--where our other three kids were. We left them because it's an expensive pain in the ass to bring four kids to a concert.
We took our oldest to see DMB at The Gorge when he was about one. We sat way in the back of the lawn, and he slept most of the time. We had absolutely no issues.
We've taken our oldest two kids to see a number of Christian bands and even Old Crow Medicine Show at the Oregon Zoo--which is a super child-friendly venue, right next to the elephants. We have never had trouble, and now they love live music.
On the other hand, we took our three year old to a Toby Mac concert, and he hated it. We left early, and we don't plan to take him to any shows for a few years.
Every child is different, and with a little common sense there is no harm done.
My little girl wears a pair of noise reducing ear muffs, kind of like the ear protection ya might wear to a gun range. You can get these at Walmart or order cooler colors/music specific ones online. It boils down to what she’ll actually wear.

When I was a child, I was also extremely sensitive to sound. My parents didn't know I was autistic and they would just say I was exaggerating so they did nothing. What I recommend is ear defenders if she doesn't like things in her ears (like ear plugs). Ear defenders are literally designed for this. If she prefers something smaller like earplugs, I'd actually go for earbuds that seal, only because she's so young and it's less of a choking hazard. If she were older, I'd say go for the inexpensive foam earplugs. They're comfortable and you can get them at pretty much any drugstore.

I have only been to shows in Japan so my experience is worth nothing here, but from what was later shared by people that went to the Palladium last year (which was an exception, but still), DO NOT take your daughter to the front. The crush can be terrible, even for grown adults.
If you want to take someone so young, please go to the balcony :)
Hell Yeah was the first and only time BM has had opening acts, so I wouldn't bet on it happening again (probably no one like always).
Also: please take a pair of these for her, as it can get veeery loud. (not saying that brand, just pointing the item)
