I try to stick to these dosages.
5000 mg of sodium (salt)
1000 mg of potassium, in the form of potassium chloride
or potassium sulfate
300 mg of magnesium
Taken from the r/keto FAQ section.

I know you need sodium to prevent keto flu, but I don't want to eat a salt bomb at every meal either. Wondering if something like these would be enough of a substitute if you were trying to eat less salty foods?
These are what I use. When I've run out before, and Amazon couldn't ship it to me immediately, I've also found them behind the counter at pharmacies.
These pure salt pills have been a lifesaver for me.

I take these a few times a day, especially whenever I'm getting grouchy (a key sign for me my blood pressure is too low). Other things I enjoy are pickles, stir fry (with full sodium soy sauce), and potatoes.

I have no idea if this is a good deal on these or not, I just found them after a quick search. Just be careful when looking at "salt tablets" geared toward athletes as those typically contain potassium.

Salt Pills
Magnesium
And I forget which brand but I think Bulk Supplements Potassium
I get these from Amazon. I take one first thing in the morning, then generally a high-salt diet during the day. Then I track my BP to make sure it doesn't get too high.
Salt Tabs
Yeah, sounds like you've been getting less sodium than you need, I'm sorry to hear that. :( For keto, 5000mg is a common recommendation but the real answer is that it varies - for most people that will be enough, but for some people it won't be, and for others it's too much.
What we've done recently is reduce the base amount of sodium in Keto Fuel to 2300mg like the others (because some people have issues when they get more sodium than that) and add a customizable salt recommendation to the instructions recipe (add up to 1/4 teaspoon salt per meal). Personally, I prefer sodium chloride tablets like these because I don't like things tasting too salty.
In case anyone in the future is curious here are the pills I bought.
