I go to work right after the gym. Get up in the morning, put on my gym clothes and then shower/change into my work clothes after my workouts.

I’ll usually pack my shoes, work clothes, and shower stuff in this bag. It’s easy to pack everything in since you can open it fully like a duffel. I usually have my laptop and other work stuff in a separate bag, but there is a laptop compartment in this backpack as well. Also highly recommend their other backpacks.
