You would need to buy a micro sim from straight talk.you can order them here http://www.shopstraighttalk.com/bpdirect/straighttalk/Start.do?action=view&locale=en&market=GSM4&productFamily=simcards . Now be aware that the 5 and 5s use nano cards so... you have to cut the sim down with one of these http://www.amazon.com/cutter-iPhone-Simcard-Cutter-Micro/dp/B009ERXEDK .
Also be aware that data and mms may not work out the box so you will have to install a custom apn from here http://www.unlockit.co.nz/unlockit/ and even after installing you will have no mms ( just sms... so you can text but no pics ).If a jailbreak becomes available there are tools that allow you to alter the apn so you can get everything. there is also the tmobile swap trick that works sometimes.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEZiVvf2Jh4
Others in the thread mentioned it is a cdms phone also..and that is true but..... straight talk only allows a byod cdma phone that was on verizons network. Your unlocked one will not show in the data base so they cannot activate.

Nexus 4 is a micro sim, pure is a nano sim. You have a couple options:

Go to T-Mobile and ask for a nano sim. They may charge you ~$5.

Cut the sim yourself using a guide: http://img.wonderhowto.com/img/original/43/56/63532042841648/0/635320428416484356.jpg

Buy a sim cutting tool and cut it that way: http://www.Smile.amazon.com/cutter-iPhone-Simcard-Cutter-Micro/dp/B009ERXEDK

You can just buy a sim card cutter. This one for example:

I'm sure you could find a phone shop in Qatar that sells these nano Sim punches http://www.amazon.com/cutter-iPhone-Simcard-Cutter-Micro/dp/B009ERXEDK

Does your Qatar carrier sell iPhones? They use the Sim cards you need

I cut a friend's full Sim to micro Sim when she bought a galaxy s4, wasn't too difficult, just measured the chip against my micro Sim, marked it and cut.

Buying the phone outright should surely come with a SIM already, If worst comes to worse here's a cheap alternative that works well also. http://www.amazon.com/cutter-iPhone-Simcard-Cutter-Micro/dp/B009ERXEDK
