they used them in the sony mavica cameras before they had the memory stick slots. I still have two mavica cameras and they work great :)

I used to have one of these floppy disk adapters for my Mavica. It was the shit back then. Also Sony made at least one model of Walkman that used memory sticks.

Really? I have never even heard of such a thing. I used to have a Sony memory stick to floppy adapter. I bought it for $20 at walmart, in the clearance bin back in like 2004.
